We could not be happier with our new home. in the design phase all of our ideas were listened to and we were confident we would receive the house we wanted. We were included at every stage of the build process and any changes requested were made promptly. The entire process was easy and enjoyable and I would highly recommend Single Builders to anyone.

An absolute pleasure to deal with a company that has a family culture as a cornerstone of the business. From the very start of visiting display homes on visits to Tamworth, deciding to build with them and communicating ideas and plans via email with Sarah Knee right through to the finished house nothing was too much trouble. There are no surprises with communication a standout feature of dealing with Single Builders, and everyone involved with the build had the attitude "Would I be happy with this work if it was my house?". Couldn't recommend them highly enough and would have no hesitation dealing with Single Builders again in the future.
