We are extremely impressed with the overall workmanship and quality of the build of our main bath and ensuite. From start to finish, the communication, the attention to detail, and the cleanliness was clearly a priority for Novale. The finish is clean and precise, with no shortcuts or rough edges. What stands out most is the level of care and communication that went into the construction. The materials are a high-grade, and the final result reflects true professionalism at its very best. It’s rare to see this combination of skill, consistency, and pride in craftsmanship today. Overall, the quality of the build has exceeded our expectations. I would confidently recommend Novale to anyone looking for a high-standard final product. Yes, you could pay a little less - at what cost? I would also like to take this opportunity and thank our designer Ireland, Sam (Site Manager), Glen (Plumber), Nicco and William (Electricians), Zac, and Trent (the best Tiler). We are overjoyed with the final results of our main bathroom, en-suite and powder room. Novale were extremely organised and a real pleasure to deal with. Marc has been such an amazing Site Manager…. So professional, thoughtful and friendly. He kept us informed of every step throughout the project and responded promptly to any query. He is a real asset to Novale. Jamie-Maree helped us with product selection and the process was so easy. Jamee-Marie was also friendly, professional and considerate of our requests. Everyone made each step so easy for us. The project kept to schedule, in fact, ahead of schedule towards the end. All your tradies were highly professional and respectful. We have now had three bathrooms completed by Novale and we continue to recommend the Novale team to all our family and friends. Novale Bathrooms are exceptional. Their professionalism and expertise are 5 stars. They had a Job Schedule and completed the job on time. My 2 bathrooms and toilet renovations look spectacular. Prior to Christmas, Novale completed our ensuite and main bathrooms. Initially, we were a little skeptical that we could have two very high quality bathrooms delivered in under six weeks! That concern however was clearly misplaced as both bathrooms were handed over on time as promised, on budget and to a meticulously high standard. Frankly, we couldn’t be happier with the end results. A special shout out to Tania for her incredibly knowledgeable and thoroughly considered design work. To the extraordinary tradesmen we had on site for the duration of the project. Our dedicated young carpenter Zac, our extremely efficient electrician Nico, and to Glen for his intricate labyrinthine plumbing work, especially in the ensuite shower! To Trent, our tiler extraordinaire for his painstaking and exacting tiling work. Lastly to our site manager, Sam who was the absolute lynch pin in bringing both bathrooms to fruition. It really was an absolute pleasure working closely with Sam. His calm, reassuring demeanour, organised and “can do” attitude made the experience a very pleasant and extremely straightforward one. Nothing was ever a problem for Sam. We simply could not recommend Sam and Novale more highly.

We used Novalé for a recent bathroom Reno and could not be happier with the process from start to finish. The end product is exactly what we had envisioned. All staff and trades that we dealt with were extremely professional and carried out works with care and attention to detail. Would definitely recommend.

We renovated three bathrooms in a two story townhouse in Manly. The team from Novale were outstanding from initial consultation to support with style and fittings. The quality of the workmanship was excellent. We were delighted with the results.
