We were very happy with the job Carlyle Custom Cabinets did on our kitchen renovation. All the trades were organised, and turned up at the expected time and were a pleasure to work with. The end result is great and we are really enjoying our new kitchen.

5 Stars simply isn't enough! The service and product that Scott provided to us was simply outstanding and refreshing. Scott designed and installed our new Kitchen, Living Room, Laundry, Study, WIR, 4 x Bedroom Robes, and 5 x Bathroom cabinetry and his knowledge and quality of workmanship was second to none. We couldn't be happier with the end product. Scott is now officially our 'Family Cabinetmaker' and has also installed my mother and sister's kitchens along with 2 friend's cabinetry. I would like to give Scott & his team 10 stars as 5 just isn’t enough. From the first contact to the finished job, communication as been easy. A full schedule on what was to happen plus confirmation on the arrival of trades 24 hours prior was the norm. Scott directed us to the people he works with, and suppliers he trusts, this made the process smooth for all. He also encouraged us to make changes at the design stage, we must have asked him a dozen times to add, move or remove something. Through the process we were given access to colour consultants, this was a great help in keeping the design on track for what we wanted. We would highly recommend him to all.

I am completely happy with the kitchen renovation led and done by Scott and his team of excellent tradesmen. A timeline for each step of the renovation was set out and followed. Fees for the project were clearly described and there were no nasty surprises along the way. Scott was in easy communication throughout the time of the project and answered any questions promptly. I would thoroughly recommend him and his team to anyone considering a kitchen renovation.

I have used Scott a few times now. He does give good customer service and has very open communication. Overall I love the new kitchen and scott is great yo work with. The plastering of new cornices in a few are roughly done and have not been sanded well, and the bulkheads above my new cupboards did not look what rhey did in the renders, and they detract from the overall appearance of the cupboards even once painted. And if I could go back I would not have left the bulkheads off. But I would use Scott again

It was a pleasure working with Scott on our new kitchen. We had a few quotes prior to choosing Carlyle Custom Cabinets and the price was extremely competitive. Communication was excellent and responsive at all times, and everything was planned down to a tee. We had a couple of options for the layout and Scott gave us a great idea which made sense and we ran with it. It works perfectly and we are so thrilled with it! The installation went like clockwork and everything happened right on time. We found the trades people (electrician and plumber) very efficient and friendly while they were working in our home, as were Scott and his team who demolished the old kitchen and installed the cabinetry. We were always advised ahead of time when someone was arriving which took a lot of the stress out of it. We particularly appreciated how Scott project managed the entire process. We only needed a couple of meetings and he organised the purchase and delivery of our appliances as well as all the trades involved, which saved us a lot of time. The only part we did ourselves was pay for the stone as Scott hadn't dealt with the supplier before, but even then he did all the liaising with them in terms of measurements etc. The cabinets are beautifully made and the finish is streamlined. Tips I would give anyone planning an entire kitchen are: Have a good idea of how you use the space (family, lifestyle etc.) Decide on the look you want which makes it easier to select the finishes (bearing in mind your budget) and make sure that it fits with the rest of your home Select the appliances early as the design hinges on these large elements We highly recommend Scott if you're considering building a new kitchen. We had no issues along the way and have no complaints at all. In fact we're very proud to show it off to family and friends when they visit and enjoy using it every day as it functions perfectly, which pretty much says it all!

Very happy with the job Scott and his tradespeople have done on our kitchenette. Scott responds promptly to emails and calls and he and his people are always on time. The kitchenette looks great and we are very happy with the way it has come together.

We had our project of garage storage solution pending from few months and were contemplating to get it done some time. Scott handled so well and professionally and put us at ease. Planning a home renovation is not for the faint-hearted but mid-2020, when international travel was off the agenda, we opted for a kitchen reno. Scott was absolutely fantastic. He came to measure our kitchen, drew up a professional draft of how the kitchen would look like based on our plan. He then gave us quotes on different materials and he was so patient with us as we have changed plans a few times. He was flawless throughout the whole process.
