Taylor Made 4 U

I would not recommend Taylor Made 4 U to anyone wanting any kind of renovation. The renovation for my Mum's kitchen in 2020 was very good, with no fuss and she was very happy. Based on this experience, I paid a $2000.00 deposit in February 2022 to have my kitchen and bathroom renovated and spent the next 6 months trying to organise trades to quote for other services, all the while communicating with the company but not receiving any drawings or support in return for the deposit. In February 2023 I asked numerous times through phone calls, email and text for the deposit back and was assured it would be refunded. We even discussed a payment plan which was confirmed by the company. Still waiting and no communication or a single payment. My calls have gone unanswered and my text messages read, but not responded to. The amount is too small to claim though Small Claims Tribunal but it is not a small amount of money for me. I made considerable effort to communicate, be respectful and discuss a payment plan, but have not been treated the same way. A lot of promises but not one delivered.
