Visited Stone-Tech showroom the consultant, office staff, gentleman who did the measurement and quote were professional, kept us up to date in every step of the way, highly recommend this company. The bench top looks fabulous & the installers were friendly, polite & did a excellent job with the installation.

We started the quote process in November 2018 with many changes and finalised everything before Christmas, they were so professional and patient with all our changes, there service was fantastic. We had our kitchen, bathroom vanity, laundry and bar bench tops installed yesterday, The process from beginning to end was very professional, the installer was very careful and did a fantastic job. I feel compelled to write this review because in my hunt for a supply and install of a caesarstone benchtop for my new kitchen I am just so pleased that I came across Stone Tech. From my initial inquiry to the just completed install the whole process was just amazing. Quality workmanship on the product and the install was just one aspect, the level and clarity of communication was just such a pleasant surprise. My assumptions are because of the really well structured departments and those operating them. From the initial quoting based on my plans to the scheduling of each stage, measure,manufacture, install and payment. Everything was a clear and prompt as possible This company is seriously organised and for anyone renovating these attributes are a real treat!!! I am just completing an alterations and additions project where we used 6mm thick porcelain panels for the bench tops in the kitchen and bathrooms as well as for the lining of a shower recess wall. The material was extremely fragile and required a high level of skill during both the cutting and installation processes. Stone Tech and their installer Tony took great care to work with the material and install it so that the finish is perfect. The clients are very happy with the result.

Stone-Tech supplied great quality material (Caesar-stone) and excellent workmanship. Our kitchen bench top after six year still like brand new. We come back after six year for some more. I had 2 master stone masons from Iran install my stone bench top and what an impeccable job they did- no seams! Well of course there are joins but they cannot be seen without an intimate study of the bench top Top marks and highly recommendable They deserve a raise!

When renovating our kitchen for our older home, we visited many shops before landing at Stone-Tech. The reason we chose to work with them first and foremost are their staff and customer service. They walked us through all of the options and discussed them with us not making us feel hurried or pressured. The staff had appropriate training not only in the products available, but in how to treat a customer well which is incredibly rare in this day and age. After looking at several products, we chose a piece of Kashmiri White Granite. It was fabricated beautifully and we had a number of edge profiles to choose from. The measurer was professional, thorough and accurate. The installers were amazing, very polite and paid attention to every detail. They took pride in their work and clearly wanted to achieve a top quality end product. They worked cleanly and cleaned up after themselves leaving us with a beautiful benchtop that people are remarking on already. We are very glad we chose Stone-Tech for this pivotal piece of our long-awaited kitchen renovation. This was a quality job from first contact to last.

Stone Tech has done an amazing job !! We are absolutely in love with our kitchen stone. Everything was great from the initial consultation at the show room to final installation of the benchtop. The staff were great to deal with. Even though we had some issues they were all addressed in a timely and professional manner and we couldn't be happier. Service was outstanding !! I would highly recommend Stone-Tech and I would use them again.

While the quality of the stone and original installation was impressive, the fact that gaps appeared in the joins between the 2 stone pieces on the island bench just some 18 months later was not so impressive. Make sure you ask about warranty details. They are happy to repair but at the owners cost.

I have personally been working along side Stone-tech for 7 years. There attention to details is second to none, along side with their quick turn over time and outstanding craftsmanship, this company sets the highest standards in the industry. Wow, I am so happy with my bench stone it is amazing!! Stone -tech were so helpful from start to finish. My builder left me with an unfinished kitchen and stone tech did an amazing job. The managed to flush mount my induction cooktop and match everything perfectly. From the lovely guy who did my quote to the installer, I can not be happier. I had a small issue during install, I called stone tech and it was sorted immediately. Professional and friendly. I will definitely use them again for all my stone work.
