I had a mixed experience with the Window Factory, which I think was a one-off and not reflective of the general experience you would normally receive. The sales and quoting process was excellent, as was Josh's communication throughout. However we were let down by the supplier who supplied the wrong window on the first install date and then missed parts and supplier the wrong mechanisms. Overall a single install took more than three visits and was about three months overdue. Window factory were very good at rectifying the issues and keeping in touch, although I would have appreciated a call at some stage rather than only being sent emails. Now it is finally in so far the window is excellent for the main purpose (noise reduction) and is exactly per specification.
