We have built our last two houses with Daniel designing both. Most recently Daniel designed our beautiful family home. He absolutely nailed our brief both times. We had long 'wish lists' for our homes. Daniel nailed our brief and managed to design a home encorporating them all. Daniel is reliable, professional and very easy to work with. He was very accomodating and was a pleasure to work with. We highly recommend him.

After our first meeting with Daniel Lomma Design it was very clear that Daniel was the right person to design our home. My wife and I felt comfortable and were very impressed from the moment we sat down and spoke to Daniel about our brief and requirements on what type of home we required to suit our family. What was designed was nothing short of an exceptional 2 storey home which enables our family to enjoy all year round. It was designed with a huge level of detail as nothing was compromised to ensure we built a top quality upmarket individual home which is unique to our family. There where a number of challenges faced which included the contours of the land, height restrictions and the odd shape of the site, but to Daniel's credit and experience this was all easily dealt with and only added to the overall dimension and character of the home. What we liked the most was Daniel was very easy to get along with and always willing to listen to our input, he was always contactable over the phone or via email and responded to any queries promptly. It's that personalised service that provided us with the final result. The detail on the drawings provided as well as the 3D walk through where very helpful and enabled us to see exactly what the house was going to look like. As a builder it was also helpful in explaining details to tradesmen to ensure that the build process was smooth. Daniel was always willing to come on site if required and took great pride in ensuring that the level of detail was achieved as well as coming by regularly to watch the process being built before him. This is why we would recommend Daniel Lomma Design to anyone who is looking for creativity, individuality and a unique upmarket home. Daniel Lomma recently designed a new single storey family home for our existing block in Leeming, Western Australia. Daniel is very professional and easy to work with. He has amazing attention to detail which was very important to me. As first timers in the building game Daniel’s experience, honest advice and recommendations were very welcome. After we provided a brief, he advised us which features would cost more and where to spend and save to get some wow factor without completely blowing the budget. We were happy with the first design Daniel presented to us . His design included modern and innovative elements without compromising practicality and functionality. I changed my mind on the kitchen layout quite a few times but Daniel never made me feel uncomfortable when I asked him to amend the drawings. As it turns out I think at least half of the things I changed I ended up changing back to what he had in the first place!!! Daniel provided all the drawings and documentation to meet exact council requirements and liaised with the builders regarding quotes making the process seamless and stress free. He was always contactable and responded quickly to phone calls, e-mails etc … great customer service.
