Burgess Kitchens were very professional, reasonably priced and their cabinets are of the highest standard. Everything was completed within the timeframe. The staff were very knowledgeable and helpful at all times. I am absolutely delighted with my new kitchen. I would highly recommend Burgess Kitchens to anyone looking at upgrading or installing a new kitchen.

Burgess did a really good job of our new kitchen. Their price was very competitive and the quality seems really good. Other companies seemed to have slightly better communication and help with designing and choosing the right setup, design and colours. But they also cost a lot more because of that. If you know exactly what you want then I would highly recommend going with Burgess. All of the staff at Burgess were friendly. They were very fast when it came to putting the kitchen in (they did it in a day). There was a minor issue where the design did not meet the specifications of the oven but that was promptly fixed when I put this to their attention. I was a little disappointed with having to pay an extra $70 per tradesman, seeing as I had to do most of the organising and chasing up the tradies they appointed (some of them were quite hard to get hold of and came at a much later date than predicted). Also, the final price of most tradesmen was well over the estimated cost that Burgess suggested (but this could be down to inflation). If I were to do it again I would definitely use Burgess but I would consider organising my own tradesmen. Thanks you Burgess for the great kitchen!

Very helpful through the design process as we have not renovated a kitchen. We were kept updated on the progress of the kitchen. All the tradies were organized to attend at the appropriate time for the progress of the removal of and the installation of the kitchen to go ahead without unnecessary delays. The staff were helpful and the attention to detail was exceptional regarding things like handles for cupboards being suitable as we are seniors.

We have just finished a major renovation. I did some serious reading of reviews to help me with my decision. Im lucky that I actually knew what I wanted which I think is half the battle but having said that based on the fantastic customer services of this company they would design and build you something you would totally be in love with and to a budget you could afford. I had burgess make and install a very large kitchen a butler pantry a new laundry 3 bathroom vanities and a seperate toilet vanity. Karl the general manager was fantastic to deal with as were the girls in the office. The installation guys were brilliant very caring of the cabinetry when installing and left everything lovely and clean. Cant recommend these guys enough. My builder was so impressed with the quality and finishes he is looking at using them in all his new projects. If you are wanting quality great customer service which sadly is lacking in alot of companies these days Burgess have it all.

Our wardrobe solution required a bespoke approach. with every wall compromised by doors, we used a design from a Houzz contributer that Burgess made ours. We love the finished look and would recommend Burgess Kitchens for any cabinetry work.

We are extremely pleased with the kitchen renovation by Burgess kitchens. We trusted Carl to give his advice on how to go ahead, at the initial consultation, and the end result is just what we had hoped for. Our kitchen feels very classy, for a price that was affordable.

An excellent professional kitchen renovation from start to finish. From the initial consultation till the final follow-up call, every step was expertly presented and executed. All discussions were extremely beneficial, with all ideas and suggestions well considered. The actual workmanship and finish of the renovation was very well done. All tradespeople used were to be commended for their part of the total project. I am very happy with my completed kitchen renovation.
