I have found Bruce to be very knowledgeable about the building industry. I wanted to renovate but didn't know what was involved - not only did he guide me through the process but also made some valuable suggestions which I never thought of. He was professional, courteous, respectful and his attention to detail has provided a fabulous renovaton to which people still comment on today. Nothing was ever a problem and I didn't feel like I was asking silly questions. The rates were also affordable and competitive.

The Provision Building Group has delivered a beautiful house to us this last December. It is a modern style and it is totally beyond our expectation! We had a wonderful experience building with the Provision Building Group. We felt that we have been guided all the way from the beginning till the end of our build. We were so impressed with our site manager. He was professional and extremely helpful, the process was so seamless. Bruce has been very good to us, constantly communicated information and answered most of our queries, etc. We were especially impressed with the timeline, our home was built within the agreed time frame despite the Covid 19 pandemic and Christmas break. We cannot recommend Bruce and Provision Building Group enough! We can’t thank enough to Katherine and Bruce as they have been very supportive all throughout the process. Very happy customers. Workmanship was of an extremely high standard and work was completed within the estimated time frame. Bruce is a perfectionist and we are very happy with his work and would not hesitate to recommend Provision Building Group to anyone looking for a builder (in fact we have already done so). They are very reasonably priced considering the amount of work done - it was practically a new build. We are very happy in our newly renovated home, thanks to Bruce and the Provision Building Group to a job well done.

Bruce and Kat from Provision are an established family business who built my duplex in 2018. They were very professional, caring and prompt during the entire building process, and i couldn't recommend them more. Not only are they reliable and honest, their value for money is excellent and I wouldn't hesitate in using them again during my next build.

Bruce and Katherine have made building our three townhouses a pleasant team effort experience. The communication has been exceptional, especially throughout the COVID-19 lockdowns, and we cannot fault the workmanship. Throughout the build, we have felt consistently supported by Bruce and Katherine and have felt comfortable raising any issues trusting that we will get their honest answer and advice. If you are after a genuine, professional builder with integrity and quality (as well as excellent back-end customer support) we would highly recommend Provision Building Group!

Thank you to Bruce and your team for completing our renovations with the utmost care and attention to detail. I cannot express enough how much we appreciated the fact that we could entrust on Your team whilst we resided in Sydney as were unable to check on the progress of the renovations in our Melbourne 3 bedroom penthouse. The end result exceeded our expectations and no short cuts were taken. If you are looking for a reliable, honest and genuine hard working building company - Provision Building group is definitely worth considering. ☺️
