Tasy, who owns Tas-Built, is very professional in his approach to renovations and we were very pleased to have chosen him and his company to do our renovations of our back deck and al-fresco kitchen. He has a very committed team of specialists who ensures that the project is executed well. Though it took longer than originally envisaged, which was primarily due to the rain and being an outdoor project it was rather difficult to stay with the original schedule. However, Tasy was able to get the project going, despite the weather. More importantly, he was able to ensure that the quality of the workmanship was upheld. He was also adaptable to the many changes we requested, which he was able to build into the project and ensure that the final result was to our satisfaction. Overall, we were very happy with the quality and professionalism displayed throughout the project and the final result was to our satisfaction. I highly recommend TasBuilt for any residential, small commercial, or other small to medium building works. We completed a substantial extension to our home (~$400k) in 2022 and are thrilled with the quality of the work, and the management of the build. Tasy really takes pride in his work and it shows in the final product. He uses reliable tradespeople and maintained good oversight of trades throughout the project. He brought in specific expertise where it was required for technically difficult aspects of the work, and 4 months on we haven't had any issues. Tasy and his team were fantastic to deal with - his communication is great and he actually listens. He was always contactable, open to discussion, and he accommodated small details that we wanted without any fuss. His team were lovely - always polite and considerate, which was really important to us as we were living on site throughout, and were mindful to minimise disruption to our neighbours. He kept the site exceptionally tidy. He managed risk very well, identifying potential problems and mitigating them before issues arose. Any small issues that did come up were dealt with promptly and collaboratively. His cost estimating was spot on, and the project came in on budget despite being delivered in the midst of covid. Project admin was very prompt and transparent. We were hit with terrible weather, and Tasy worked really well with the consulting team to find alternate solutions to make sure that the project could carry on, without compromising quality. I would be confident using Tas-Built for a wide variety of projects. Tasy is very intelligent, resourceful, and hands-on. I'd be comfortable that even if there were challenging or unconventional aspects to a project, Tasy would put in the research to solve it, or seek out the right people for the job to ensure that work is delivered without a hitch.

Absolutely fantastic. Extremely easy to deal with. Great communication with clear explanations and very quick to respond to any questions. The work was efficiently completed on time to the highest standards with great attention to detail. The work was very well co-ordinated and took a lot of worry out of my hands. Tasy was also very personable and able to assure me with any concerns that I had. The work was quite comprehensive with concrete cancer repairs, new flooring, painting, wardrobe, kitchen and bathroom. Invoicing was clear and transparent. Tasy was able to bring together and co-ordinate a great team of workers. Highly recommended.

We were so grateful to have found such a wonderful builder in Tasy and his TasBuilt team. We found Tasy to be extremely professional, skilled, reliable and most importantly, honest. I can't speak highly enough of Tasy and his team. The workmanship is top quality, and the help and advise during the build stage really helped me make the right decisions. We renovated the kitchen, lounge, dining room making a more open planned space. This involved removing internal walls, installing ceiling beams, etc... I'm a tradie myself, and I know no short cuts were taken with either materials or execution of the build. Tasy, himself, is very approachable, honest, and clearly wanted the best outcome for my project. The result shows it too. The team was always courteous, well presented, and on time. We were living in part of the house while the build was happening, and small things like the tidiness of the site every afternoon was very much appreciated. My home is now transformed, and I couldn't be happier. If I was to renovate again, Tasbuild would be my first call.

I can honestly say that we would never have renovated without Tas-Built. Tas is the most professional, ethical and honest builder out there. And he is an all round great guy! He is a straight shooter in the best way possible because he has integrity and does what he says he will do. I would trust Tas to do any work for me and I would trust anyone he recommended. The work was completed exactly when Tas said it would be and his team were decent, hard-working blokes. The standard of craftmanship was excellent and every recommendation he made worked perfectly. My mother in law was diagnosed with terminal cancer the day we pulled the back off the house and died before the renovation was finished. Tas knew what we were going through as a family and how difficult a time it was for us. He helped us make decisions we really were too overwhelmed to make and advised us in ways that suited not only our budget but our well being. I would never use any other builder than Tasy. He did a fit out for us at our Ophthalmology practice. He does a great job, finishes the job early, charges what he quotes and communicates well. You won't regret going with him.

Restoration of our villa after a large gum tree fell on it during a storm in February completed by Tas-Built in a very professional and timely way, no major dramas during the work and all employees acted in accordance with the work required. I would recommend their services to any future build.

Tasy was engaged to build a rear extension to our house, which involved significant excavation and difficult site access. The project went for almost 6 months and we lived in our house (with two children under 3) while the build took place. We were most impressed with Tasy’s respect for our family and our home while building and his accommodation of our needs while we lived through the build. He always offered to help when our children and I needed to leave the house during the day and always kept the site incredibly clean (and safe!) each day. Tasy also ensured this level of respect extended to his subcontractors. Tasy was very organised throughout the project. Tasy took a very thoughtful approach to the project, suggesting practical solutions and additions where necessary to the original design. We have been very happy with the high quality of the completed work and Tasy’s commitment post completion to making sure everything was just right. We would highly recommend Tasy and would be happy to use TasBuilt for any future project.

We've all heard the renovation horror stories, so I have to admit it was with not a small amount of trepidation that I approached the idea of renovating my house. However, from the outset, my interaction with Tasy from Tas-built indicated that here was someone who was very different from the run of the mill builder. Tasy's open and honest communication style was what really won me over and from the beginning I knew exactly what I was getting, how much it was going to cost and when it would be completed. To my delight the project was delivered within budget and sooner than anticipated. The actual building process was smooth and Tasy lead his team to ensure that disruption to myself and my family was minimised. We actually lived in our home while the extension was taking place and although I thought this would have been near impossible, Tasy was accommodating and allowed this to occur. As a consequence I was able to save money on renting, money which I was able to funnel back into the renovation reducing my overall financing requirement. I've subsequently engaged Tasy for additional work and have recommended him to both relatives and friends. All who have engaged Tasy have found the experience of working with him and his team to be as much of a pleasure as I did. If you are after a quality Master Builder, who bases his business on an open and honest relationship with his clients, you will struggle to find anyone as good as Tasy.

I would highly recommend Tas-Built for renovation projects. Tas-Built did an excellent job renovating my bathroom, laundry and installing air -conditioning. It was a difficult job being a unit on the top floor, with no lift access. They managed to do the job at short notice fitting around the tenant's last minute vacation. They were very thorough, had excellent attention to detail and maximized the use of a small space. They were on time and on budget. I would definitely use them for a future project.

I recently had the pleasure of photographing Tas-Built's very own gorgeous home. Obviously built by Tas. I was incredibly impressed with the craftsmanship from the exterior to the detailed interiors.
