They damaged my property, when I complained to have it repaired they repaired it but then on their final visit damaged it again. After raising this with their team they said they will no longer mow the lawns and parted ways, then they sent me the bill and threatended leagal action if I didn't pay. I wasn't going to write this review as I don't like leaving bad ratings to local businesses, and I am sure they will have something to say about how unreasonable I am as a customer because I expected damaged property to be repaired or promises to be kept. Very disappointing after spending over $60k on landscaping with this company.

even though ours was a larger and more expensive job about 10 years ago we now find that the polly pipe used was of inferior quality as the replacement pipe I purchased at Total Eden is much thicker of wall then the one used by TDL. We have to replace parts of the polly pipe very regularly as the one used by TDL splits. The lesson is; make sure the irrigation is done by other professionals.

I'm quite split by my experience with TDL. The team leader of the labour crew was incredible and absolutely went above and beyond, and had an amazing attitude. However, dealing with the designer/ project manager to result in a lot of miscommunication and lack of clarity. I suspect that I wouldn't use TDL if you are doing a job under $10k again. I had a feeling that we were considered "small fry" in their eyes, and therefore light touch and not a great experience (Well, I hope people with bigger projects have a better experience). We had originally chosen them as our previous neighbour had a great experience them and we loved the result.

We bought a big property in Darlington and we were more than impressed with the work and the workers. They arrived when they said they would, worked through the heat (40 degree day) as well as the rain. Build our retaining walls, stairs, pathways, brickpaved an outside area as well as doing the lawn and reticulation. They recommended plants to match the style of house (federation). We have had so many comments about the gardens and they are all positive.

I engaged TDL to complete the landscape design and installation of the design once the home was completed. I found TDL's 3D modelling and conceptual design process to be excellent! The selection of plants and trees for the garden was fantastic also!! I am very pleased with the end result and the whole process with TDL

We selected Tim Davies Landscaping to perform a total backyard redesign that would enhance yet preserve the character of our 1898 weatherboard cottage. Our three children are now young adults and we needed a space that could entertain a small crowd at short notice but provide a sanctuary for my wife and I to read the paper,watch the koi quietly glide by or have a swim. After research and discussion with local architects and builders, TDL came highly recommended and offered a premium product from concept to completion. Our first meetings with the design team were inspirational,informative and unique.There was a level of professionalism that was consistent throughout the building process and communication was always maintained.The project manager was always available and maintained a presence to ensure delays were minimised and problems resolved.The sub contractors employed and the TDL team were respectful and sympathetic to the impact of a large project on our daily lives and worked together to reduce stress and interruption. The TDL team delivered a beautiful and classic design that included a pool,koi pond and fire pit with plantings that soften the boundaries and emphasise the mature plantings that are embodied in the history of the property.I would recommend the premium service that TDL's offers to both residential and commercial projects.Their designers show initiative and imagination and their construction team are organised and professional at all times.Tim Davies visited our property during the project on more than one occasion and our discussions and conversations were friendly and unpretentious.

The work includes consultation, design, preparation and execution of our homes external landscaping which encompasses plants, lighting, paving and architectural features. All tasks are completed and conducted in a timely, friendly and trustworthy manner.
