Wall oven v range?

Comments (6)You should also take into account your own height. If you are shorter than average consider having it lower. The most used oven should be the easiest to access. Think about the height you can comfortably and safely lift a heavy roast, which should be the height of the mid-shelf of your higher oven. Never have it too high so that you can't lift out heavy oven trays in a safe and controlled manner. Comments (2)Hi Simone, oklouise has provided good advice. If it is of any further help, it is our expierience that most steam ovens are designed to vent within their own space and so yes they can generally be installed either in a tower or underbench and you should have no difficulty finding a steam oven for this purpose. But as oklouise points out, check with the manufacturer's specs to make sure you don't buy one that can't be installed underbench....See MoreI need a wall oven. Not an under bench oven.
