Knobs are too small, I'd recommend handles or even double handles.

I prefer handles to knobs. But, my current kitchen has large knobs and I hate them, so I may be bias!

I specialized in high end provincial kitchens for many years, this hamptons look is essentially a simplified version of it.
I suggest both knobs and handles, as doors, particularly tall vertical ones ( no, not all doors are vertical in orientation) tend to look busy and are awkward to open with vertical placed pulls (handles). Picture you fridge upper cabinets with handles?..So knobs on doors, and also top drawers only, two per drawer so they can handle the load of opening easily and smoothly. The drawers below would have two pulls, unless the drawers are less than 500mm, which would only require one.
Generally in this look, there are not many kitchens with small drawers, even the cutlery and utensil drawers are large with divisions. I noticed your tv cabinet is custom joinery also, one thing the consider with joinery as furniture, knobs are better suited than pulls to avoid it looking kitchen, what you have shown i would leave, this way it ties into the kitchen, but is noticeably different. This way you get to have a classic style with a more relaxed and functional kitchen with handles that suit the industrial element, and your finish choice is perfect for this look. It is classic.

Thank you all for your imput. The more I look at the handle versus the knob the more I am tempted to go for the handle. most of the drawers are around 550m and the larger ones 800mm. I have ordered one other handle from Marina Isles Mc22 that I will have a look at once it arrives. Its slightly more formal looking.

I agree with the suggestion of knobs and handles combo.

We clearly have similar tastes:)) I went for a combination of knobs, handles and pulls..I thought this would be too much but I am so happy with the decision and workability of the kitchen. The pulls are sturdy and easy to use, particularly for the large draws. All draws have the pull, overhead cupboards have knobs and all other cupboards have handles...I too struggled with this decision and was handle less for 3 wks for this reason!!

Ok, so I received the other handle I was looking at from Sydney. The smaller one , does come in a larger size if required, it is however satin chrome and would match the octagonal knobs. The new one is brushed Nickel , the same as my pendant lights. I had not even noticed this until the new handle arrived as I did not hold them up against the lights. If I chose the nickel ones I would need to also choose a new knob for the cabinets. Thoughts appreciated :)

I think they're really nice. But, as it has a different finish, I think you need to decide whether you like the knobs or the handle the best (unless your current octagonal knobs can be purchased in the same finish).

whoops seems I put the same close up twice. Haephestus That's my problem I think letting go of the octagonal ones as my first favourite, considering the original source has now been discontinued getting them is more difficult and 4 times as expensive LOL ! Going for plain round knobs to match the nickel ones is not my ideal choice but may be the best one. Unless I can find a nicer nickel one form a different supplier. Urgggh !
