where is north and do you have gorgeous views out those big windows and where does the bedroom door open to? ...there isn't a much better layout although moving the wall will allow more wall space in the wiw and a more generous ensuite with careful choice of fixtures including a 90cm wide vanity with drop in basin, narrow toilet in a 80cm wide space and walk in shower 160cm x 90cm and wide mirror doored wall cabinet and a ventilating sklight the ensuite should be much more comfortable and allows extra wall space for 4.65m of storage in the wiw plus dressing space and room for 3 x 90cm wide chests of drawers and a chair etc

Hi Tony, I'll try again here 'cause I think we can still do better: Like plan above but db vanity where shower is (may need to be a bit longer) loo and shower on external wall both with windows. then 2 runs of full height robes: one allowing enough space for door where your yellow line is. the other on external wall along from loo and shower. down centre a run of drawers: maybe wide enough for drawers both sides but bench height for a put down area, open and like a mansions robe room!! With bathroom not extremely long the robes can be what ever length you need but I am sure you will win a bit more space in you lux bedroom! So you step into the room with robe, drawers and robe, bed beyond and round to the right is the bathroom tucked away! I think that would be lovely, spacious and luxurious. Hope it works. Margot

Looks like no downstairs bedroom in the original plan. So a few things that concern me about the practicality of the plan. For such a large home with so many bedrooms and bathrooms and walk-in cupboards and spare/additional spaces surely there are better ways to put it all together. Bedrooms for grandparents, but located upstairs with no future provision for lift. Spare bedroom downstairs which might one day be used permanently, but with no private access to a bathroom, necessitating walking across public areas, and preventing use by others of powder room when someone is showering. Combined laundry pantry puts dirty clothes together with food storage/prep. Home workspace adjacent to kids rumpus room with no noise barrier.
