Hi fivedock No problems. I have tweaked it a little in response to the other rooms. The kitchen lights are moved out slightly off the cabinetry for better overhead lighting and added two under cabinet /bulkhead lights that are wall switched. Have also added a light for just outside the laundry for when you are standing there with washing. Back room can be on one circuit although I have shown two as don't know where you are placing furniture. We make the bathroom lights separate as shown and also do the fan separate. Our sparkie hates it but we like to be able to use the room without the fan automatically coming on. Have shown pendants in the master but that's up to you. I can delete if you like. On a side note, are the bedroom doors swinging that way deliberately? We would normally swing them opposite to that shown so that they open against a wall and you have clearance to walk around the beds. If this is to be changed then your switch locations need to be changed also. Cheers

Personally, I don't think a 3.6 x 2m is small at all so I think the tiles would look good. Our bathroom is a bit smaller than that (but way larger than our old bathroom), 1.8 x 3.4m, and we are planning to get white 30 x 60 wall tiles and 60 x 60 floor tiles. I had not even thought it would look small based on those tile lengths and the tile place had a display bathroom with one wall (2m) in the these sized wall tiles and I thought it looked great. They also had the 30 x 90 wall tiles (longer length but same tile, which we saw laid in the 2m display area as that ) but those were a bit more cost wise so I think for our budget we have to stick to 30 x 60... But I do love the longer tiles (and wonder as it is not the standard size, if it will be less likely to date as quickly which could be another positive!) so I agree to do what you like and don't worry as someone will always disagree or recommend another way based on their persnal preference.

After much changing, from mosaics to small handmades to subway, we ended uo with white 300x600 for our bathroom reno. Just think it is the cleanest look that will stay reasonably modern for a few years We went with black penny rounds on the floor for contrast (white cabinet and black taps): i think it will look a bit Collingwood but age well.

Is there a reason you’ve chosen a nib wall instead of glass? Glass would open up the bathroom. I think your plumber will also change the location of your drain. And unless you absolutely absolutely love the long shower grate, I’d skip it. They drain into the same size hole as a standard one but add a larger area to clean and catch hair. I would also out the toilet between the vanity and shower. A toilet needs room on both sides but a vanity can go hard against the wall maximising the space.
