Good Afternoon, could you please let me know where you purchased your pendant lights hanging in the outside area, and your chairs around your dining table , please.

Benchtop thickness - is thick out?

I think thin benchtops look stingy - we have a 40mm and it does not look too chunky. Would definitely not go for the 60mm though especially if you are doing a waterfall.

Benchtop thickness - is thick out?
Q

Although I'm not a professional in the matter, I've worked with enough bench tops to know that its good to find a happy medium when it comes to the thickness (or thinness) of bench tops. The thinner the top the more prone it is to cracking, instability etc. Not saying you have to get the thickest bench top around, but talk to a few professionals about what the daily usage looks like. How its being affixed, ie if you have a waterfall bench top etc, makes a lot of difference too.

Blind for a window inside the shower?
Q
Comments (18)
@Kate @oklouise and @Julie Herbert thank you each of you for your suggestions. I was thinking about a venetian inside the shower myself as a temporary fix until the budget allows for something else. I figured if I even get a few years' worth of use out of it that'll be enough to get me to a more permanent solution - the idea of the personal courtyard is also very tempting and I didn't think about screens but another great suggestion. Thanks everyone for replying - I started off feeling very upset about my options and now feel very positive/enthusiastic thanks to all of the great ideas :)

Spa bath inside
Q

It can be such a luxurious addition to any home! I understand your concerns about cleaning and maintenance, though. Spa jets can sometimes be tricky to clean, and the thought of black bits left behind can be concerning. One tip that might help is to make sure you choose a spa bath with easily accessible and removable jets for thorough cleaning. Also, using proper cleaning products specifically designed for spa baths can make a difference. Don't hesitate to ask for recommendations or tips from the manufacturer or other spa bath owners. I hope this helps! And hey, if you ever need a break from spa maintenance, you can always treat yourself to a relaxing Woodland Hills Botox Treatment.
