Before & After - Spencer Street Penthouse

Look what can be achieved with some minor renovations. Repainted walls, replaced carpet with on-trend timber flooring and added seagrass wallpaper to compliment the kitchen splash back which created a warm and inviting entry feature. With the use of beautiful modern fixtures and a collection of luxurious furniture pieces this apartment was rented out as a Serviced Apartment on Spencer Street in Melbourne. I absolutely love this transformation!

Thank you Jackson Taylor. It really opened up the area and with all that natural light coming in the client was extremely happy.
