Hi Lainie, I have used removable wallpaper from The Wall Sticker Company in several of my homes and it is reasonably easy to apply - best if you have someone to help hold and smooth it out. It takes a bit of patience but the end result is sooo worth it! It will totally transform a dull space into something special :-) In my experience it also removes easily without damaging the walls, just like they promise. I have been testing some wallpaper samples out in my daughter's room, I first put them up about 12 months ago and have moved them a few times, they peeled off and re-stuck without any trouble. Here's an important warning though - don't attempt to clean the wallpaper or get it wet in any way as the dye will smudge. I have done both full feature walls and lower half wall borders around the whole room, both looked spectacular! Good luck with your decorating project xx.

Hi meusm, and thanks everyone for the comments. The open shower is a dream to use, there is so much space it feels like showering outdoors. The shower screen in 90cm wide. I was always worried about the splash, but its not a problem at all. A small amount of water does get out (I estimate 1/2 a cup), but we have a bath mat. If the screen was 1m I think there would be almost none (although this obviously depends on your shower head, water pressure and fall of the shower - make sure you get the fall in the floor right!). Because it is all open it dries very quickly. The pocket door is a cavity slider, which slides between the wall behind the towel rails. The sliding door was essential in such a tight space. i wonder if there's something buried under all that soil that made it easier to build up the soil level than install the old fence at ground level (check with council and "dial before you dig" about any water pipes, underground cables, septic tanks etc but if the raised soil is only about 60cm above the general ground area it shouldn't cause any problems to remove except lots of hard work and then you have to find somewhere to take the leftover soil and rubbish...a backhoe with driver and skip would be well worth the expense to clear the whole area neatly and quickly but first discuss a new fence with the neighbours as you may need to have a survey done to ensure you know exactly where the boundaries are and the survey should be part of the shared costs of the new fences on their sides...also check the insides of the garage to see if there appear to be any difference between the internal walls on the high soil side and the low soil side...if the soil has just been piled up against the outside of the garage it shouldn't cause any problems to take it away...if in doubt call a structural engineer for advice about the garage

We’re adding to an existing tiled area and wanting to use the same tile. The tile has now been discontinued and the only spare ones we have are ones that were removed from another area. However the backing is stuck on firmly. I’m using a chisel and a hammer but so far it’s been a really slow process. Does anyone have any ideas on a quicker process as I have 18 large tiles I need to clean?
