Hi Garfield Sourcing from overseas has a number of issues inc compliance for your energy efficiency and accuracy/type of fixings/waterproofing. Either way you would not want to start the build until you had them as we have seen clients have windows arrive with the width/height measurements mixed up and incorrect layouts. Have you talked to Capral? They do some pretty large windows eg Offset Narrowline? Cheers

Thank you everyone, lots of shopping, many shops seen. I have pulled this look together. I am not sure about the heavy textured throw. Just walked in with it, thinking a white pot with a plant in the corner by the window. I wanted to find the beige colour in the blue cushion, a much darker colour than the plain one l found to the left of it. Take care everyone. Sue

Hi, so sorry... new to this website and cannot figure out how to make a new comment (not tied in with anyone else's post) so that Two's Company renovations sees it! 20 mins searching still hasn't helped figure it out! Am trying to reach them but their phone number doesn't work. Does anyone know if they're still in business? Tried to send a message but the website said I'd reached my maximum of messages... but I've only ever sent one to another company. Very confusing. And no helpline for Houzz. Most strange!!! If anyone can help point me in the right direction it would be most appreciated! Thanks, Rachel 0406 968 782.

Your bathroom is a little bit dated and daggy, however the pedestal basin does match everything else. As mentioned above it is the three drawer cabinet which looks out of place and is letting the bathroom down. Don't waste your money on buying something cheap that is going to look out of place. Potential buyers appreciate a spotless bathroom and can spot a cheap re-purposed cabinet (like you already have). If you really think that you need more storage then keep the pedestal basin where it is and buy/rent a lovely (not cheap looking) dressing table, with a large mirror that complements the bathroom that you can take with you. Something like this would be perfect if you can get the size right, but sadly is not for sale. Get rid of that awful, off-centre mirror that doesn't match, or align with anything.
