Colour HELP needed!!

Hopeless with colourvision and needing help settling ongoing colour debate with hubby. Needing advice on house base colour, facia, spouting and window surrounds and front door. Current colourbond colours are: house dune, house base is rendered, roof and fencing basalt, stair rales/posts will be merbau satined, window surrounds are double dune, garage door and surrounds is surfmist, fascia to be jasper?... what else could we do to pretty her up?! would love any suggestions you experts out there could give!!

You will need more than paint to improve the street appeal. I would be looking at landscaping and reducing the dominance of the driveway for starters. The skillion roof and proportions of the garage are letting the house down.

Darker colours to the external walls of the ground floor, and lighter colours to the first floor, a pop of colour to the front door with contrasting fascia and gutters is a good place to start. So many options - had you considered engaging a Dulux Colour Consultant?

That must have been about 15 or more years ago when a colour consultant swore to me I would love it in my bedroom with a purple accent wall. I had told her I hated the current trim colour in there. Turned out that trim colour was pretty much hogs bristle. Which must have been painted probably 10 years before that by previous owners or more. I put up with it for 10 years till my husband went away for a week and I stripped the room and repainted it completely.
