Completed in 2025, this project exemplifies a sophisticated confluence of modern contemporary design infused with warm industrial influences. The renovation showcases a thoughtfully curated aesthetic that balances functionality with visual appeal, resulting in a truly inviting culinary space. The utilisation of Acrylic Cinder Matte cupboard fronts lends a sleek, contemporary finish, providing a clean and understated elegance that complements the industrial character of the building. A standout feature of this refurbishment is the rich timber accent in Durostyle Cognac Oak, which introduces a layer of warmth and tactile richness to the overall environment. This carefully selected material enhances the inviting atmosphere while maintaining the modern sensibilities of the design. The result is a harmonious blend of warm industrial elements and contemporary styling, elevating the kitchen interior to a refined yet welcoming standard, suitable for both everyday living and sophisticated entertaining.

This family home belongs to a wonderful family with 2 children and a dog. The original kitchen was very angular and separate from the dining and living spaces while open to an area that was used as a kids play space. By taking away the angles and opening up the kitchen to the dining area we created an open-plan kitchen dining living area with easy access to the exterior. We used Arctic White Gloss Melamine for the under bench and tall cupboards and Supreme Oak Puregrain Melamine for the overhead cupboards. The Oak adds warmth and appeal The White Ice Engineered Stone was used on the Benchtop as well as Splashback. It is crisp without being pure white and adds subtle interest. The layout allows for a zone for coffee making, cooking and preparation as well as cleaning. This was of great importance to the clients, as when family are visiting they all cook together.

A beautiful transformation to this 1950's timber home opened this kitchen to the rear deck and back yard through the dining room. A laundry is cleverly tucked away behind shaker style doors and new french doors encourage the outdoors in. A renovation on a tight budget created a fantastic space for this young family. Beautifully understated, this kitchen was designed, supplied and installed by Saffron Interiors. The Belsay shaker doors in 'Cashmere' are fitted with a simple art-deco styled brass handle to offer a clean and timeless look. The Mistral resin worktops in 'Atacalma' allows for seamless joints throughout which offers a sleek, hygenic finish to the surfaces. The encaustic tiled splashback adds a touch of drama and colour to create interest on the rear walls.
