This modern interpretation of a shaker kitchen catches the eye with a sweeping breakfast bar, stunning quartz worktop and timeless colour palette. The ceramic undermount sink and polished nickel taps work harmoniously to create a classic look that’s ever-popular with our clients. Reeded glass cabinets and impressive refrigeration appliances face a contemporary range cooker with mirrored splashback and quintessential chimney breast design.

Sympathetically designed and crafted to do this magnificent period property justice, this is a memorable scheme that celebrates classic design and stunning architectural features. The fabulous coffered ceiling sets the tone for the scheme, with cabinetry handcrafted in tulip wood, handpainted in Farrow & Ball Dimity with maple larder furniture in the unique walk-in pantry. Adding to the level of luxury, work surfaces have been selected in a Verde Venus exotic stone, with an exquisite selection of appliances including Miele and La Cornue. The kitchen includes modern elements, such as a technology drawer for charging iPads and iPhones.

This is an example of a mid-sized traditional l-shaped eat-in kitchen in Surrey with a double-bowl sink, shaker cabinets, white cabinets, mirror splashback, black appliances, porcelain floors, with island, multi-coloured floor and white benchtop.

This Shaker kitchen features a huge Kohler Stages stainless steel sink. It is a single-bowl sink but it is also over 1 metre wide! The large Franke Pescara pull-out mixer tap works very well with the scale of the sink.

A light, bright open plan kitchen with ample space to dine, cook and store everything that needs to be tucked away.
As always, our bespoke kitchens are designed and built to suit lifestyle and family needs and this one is no exception. Plenty of island seating and really importantly, lots of room to move around it. Large cabinets and deep drawers for convenient storage plus accessible shelving for cook books and a wine fridge perfectly positioned for the cook! Look closely and you’ll see that the larder is shallow in depth. This was deliberately (and cleverly!) designed to accommodate a large beam behind the back of the cabinet, yet still allows this run of cabinets to look balanced.
We’re loving the distinctive brass handles by Armac Martin against the Hardwicke White paint colour on the cabinetry - along with the Hand Silvered Antiqued mirror splashback there’s plenty of up-to-the-minute design details which ensure this classic shaker is contemporary yes classic in equal measure.

This is an Inframe kitchen which is hand painted in two Little Greene colours - Slaked Lime Green Deep and French Grey Dark – both of which are an ideal match for the resilient and durable Lagoon Quartz worktop and but also a lovely contrast to the Planked Oak at the curved end of the island.
Keeping it contemporary the owners chose an elegant Antiqued Mirror splashback with gold backing which helps to elevate this classic Shaker out-of-the-ordinary and adds a real touch of pzzazz! Other great choices are the gorgeous Lacanche Macon Classic Range Cooker in Mandarin - a bang-on-trend colour which adds warmth and personality as well as being a really good cooker and the large Liebherr fridge freezer in Stainless Steel. An essential for family living, and something we’re regularly asked to build, is the chalk board cupboard which has a convenient push-to-open mechanism and shelves inside.
The cool limestone flooring is a great choice and keeps it practical - timely considering the owners welcomed their first child during the build!

The black sash windows and mirrored splash back give this kitchen a real unique feel. This spacious handmade kitchen includes a belfast sink with grey cabinets custom created around it. The white work tops and large windows keep the kitchen bright and airy while the full length cabinets and fridge surround provide plenty of storage. All of our cabinets are handmade here in the UK. #kitchendesign #handmadekitchen #creamkitchen

This white on white kitchen has added luxury and interest with features such as glass fronted cabinets, open shelves and a stunning antique mirror splash back.

A perfect storage solution for any kitchen is the larder cupboard. This one has storage racks on the doors and a piece of quartz worktop inside, which is perfect for storing smaller appliances. This larder is painted in Little Greene French Grey with a lacquered oak interior.

Montpellier antiqued limestone flooring, which was supplied in widths of 400mm and 500mm, has been laid across the room in random lengths to create a feeling of expanse and seamlessly link the dining and kitchen areas.
The tiles also flow seamlessly on to a large outdoor terrace, helping to ‘bring the outside in’ and encourage continuity between the spaces.

Our Opticolour toughened antique mirror shown here in Vintage is the perfect addition to both modern, and traditional kitchens. This mirror is hand silvered and totally bespoke so no two panels are the same which adds to it's charm! With the mirror being toughened it is safe for use behind hobs, making it stylish and functional. This can also be put onto Grey or Bronze tints to change the colour to suit any colour scheme.
