This project is the result of research and work lasting several months. This magnificent Haussmannian apartment will inspire you if you are looking for refined and original inspiration. Here the lights are decorative objects in their own right. Sometimes they take the form of a cloud in the children's room, delicate bubbles in the parents' or floating halos in the living rooms. The majestic kitchen completely hugs the long wall. It is a unique creation by eggersmann by Paul & Benjamin. A very important piece for the family, it has been designed both to allow them to meet and to welcome official invitations. The master bathroom is a work of art. There is a minimalist Italian stone shower. Wood gives the room a chic side without being too conspicuous. It is the same wood used for the construction of boats: solid, noble and above all waterproof.

Propriétaires de leur appartement depuis plus d’une dizaine d’années, Sophie et Thibaud souhaitaient redonner une nouvelle dimension à leur lieu de vie. Entrée, pièce à vivre, cuisine, salle d’eau et sanitaires furent donc soumis à une réinvention complète, où le chêne se décline tel un fil conducteur des espaces. L’espace d’accueil voit ses rangements optimisés et sa perspective augmentée grâce à un miroir sur mesure en bout de course. Dans la pièce principale, les volumes ont été inversés : la nouvelle cuisine et la salle à manger prenant place en périphérie de la pièce afin de libérer l’espace central, où une grande banquette dînatoire en angle poursuit le linéaire de plan de travail en béton ciré. Amateurs de lecture, le rangement des livres s’organise sur des bibliothèques sur mesure qui s’articulent dans l’espace salon et l’angle bureau dédié au télétravail. Les pièces d’eau se voient quant à elles habillées de nuances minérales afin de garantir leur intemporalité sans lésiner sur leurs fonctionnalités. Une rénovation partielle qui a également séduit l’ami à plume du foyer, que l’on peut apercevoir sur certain cliché !

The brief for this garden office was for a feeling of calm and to capture the light as well as including the beautiful garden that surrounded it. It allows the worker enjoyment of 360 degree views of skies, trees and plants, but also offers a spot to reflect quietly in the sofa area.

The built-in bookcase/library that spans over the mezzanine level with central shaker cupboards are painted in a dark blue farrow and ball finish. The ladder that is attached to the room is on runnersand adds an exciting and unique element to the project.
