Une magnifique cuisine ouverte en chêne massif réalisée par l'un de nos clients. Il s'agit d'un plan de travail en chêne massif nature avec l'option d'usinage des chants C4-2 sur les bords visibles avec un îlot central assorti.

Conçu et réalisé par notre agence lilloise, ce duplex de 200m² est situé dans le quartier de Wazemmes. Les propriétaires de l’appartement ont fait appel à nos services pour rénover le rez-de-chaussée comprenant l’entrée, la pièce à vivre, la cuisine ouverte sur le séjour et la salle de bain familiale située à l’étage. Tel un fil conducteur particulièrement bien pensé, le bois s’invite par touches à travers des menuiseries réalisées sur mesure par notre menuisier lillois : meuble TV, coins bureaux pour télétravailler, bibliothèque, claustras ou encore penderie avec banquette intégrée…Parallèlement à leur côté fonctionnel, elles apportent esthétisme et graphisme au projet. On aime la douceur de la palette de couleurs choisies par l’architecte d’intérieur : vert amande et beige rosé, qui s’harmonisent à la perfection avec le blanc et le bois pour créer une atmosphère particulièrement chaleureuse. Dans la cuisine, l’agencement en U ingénieusement pensé permet d’intégrer de multiples rangements tout en favorisant la circulation. Quant à la salle de bain, elle en ferait rêver plus d’un.e… Baignoire îlot, douche, double vasque, porte verrière coulissante, WC et même buanderie cachée ; tout a été pensé dans les moindres détails.

Cette petite cuisine a été entièrement repensée. Pour pouvoir agrandir la salle de bain le choix a été fait de diminuer la surface de la cuisine. Elle reste néanmoins très fonctionnelle car toutes les fonctions d'usage sont présentes mais masquées par les portes de placard (frigo, four micro ondes, hotte, rangements.... ) Elle est séparée du salon par un clairevoie ce qui la lie au reste de l'appartement sans pour autant être complétement ouverte.

A functional design that will stand the test of time. Back-to-back fireplaces link the main living room to the indoor/outdoor area, with sliding louvres creating a sheltered space, where extended families and friends can gather all year round.

L'apport de lumière dans l'appartement est maximal grâce à la verrière, au portes de placard blanches et brillantes et aux deux grandes baies vitrées. Le carrelage style "métro" brillant dans des tonalités de bleu grisé renforce encore le côté apaisant et lumineux et crée une belle harmonie.

Diese offene Küche bereicherten wir um eine Theke als bequemen Sitzplatz für einen genüsslichen Kaffee und das Gespräch zwischen den Anwesenden. Viele Schubladen bieten reichlich Stauraum, selbst der tote Winkel unter der Theke ist als Schrank von der Wohnzimmerseite aus zu nutzen. Die warme, geölte Holzarbeitsplatte kontrastiert harmonisch mit der glatten, glänzenden Front. Thematisch achteten wir darauf, dass die Theke punktgenau auf die Fuge zwischen Holzparkett und Schieferboden trifft, um den Übergang vom Wohn- zum Küchenbereich zu unterstreichen. Passend dazu verlängerten wir mit einfachen Mitteln die rechte Seitenwand, die so die Hochschrankzeile bis zu ihrem Sockel geschickt verbirgt. Mit diesen Stilmitteln erscheinen nun beide Räume eigenständig und sind doch untrennbar miteinander verbunden.
