Ce charmant appartement de 96 m2 a fait l’objet d’une rénovation complète pour accueillir une famille avec un enfant et la venue d’un bébé. Les points cruciaux pour nos clients : respecter le budget et les délais serrés ! Le budget pour ses 96m2 a été de 80K€ (ce qui est en dessous de la moyenne du marché) et les travaux ont duré 3,5 mois. La famille disposant d’un mobilier aux couleurs variées, il a été décidé de travailler une base blanche très neutre. Seules certaines pièces dérogent à la règle. La cuisine avec ce ensemble Lerhyttan teinté en noire qui vient d’Ikea. Il s’agit d’une cuisine traditionnelle en bois massif qui allie charme rustique et modernité. Les wcs et une salle de douche où l’on retrouve des carreaux de ciments mulitcouleurs au sol et un bleu inchyra pour les murs

Grazie alla presenza dei soffitti a volta a botte la cucina è stata sviluppata unicamente con i moduli di base, senza alcun pensile ad eccezione della cappa che è stata posizionata nel centro di una delle volte del soffitto. Il piano della cucina è realizzato in cemento armato gettato in opera per adeguarsi al meglio alle pareti irregolari dell'antico locale. Questa soluzione ha permesso di ottenere un piano cucina unico senza alcun giunto per uno sviluppo totale di quasi dieci metri. Al di sotto del piano in cemento la cucina è realizzata in legno di abete vecchio con maniglie in acciaio. Il piano della cucina davanti alla finestra è stato pensato per essere utilizzato come banco per la colazione. Gli sgabelli in metallo e legno completano la composizione. Ph. Andrea Pozzi

Our client came to us knowing they wanted a more traditional look and this Cascada door is just perfect for that shaker-style kitchen! We set to work designing the kitchen and quickly realised that by redesigning the use of the space, storage could be increased along with a more spacious area around their dining table, without extending the room! The kitchen now looks sleek and much more spacious with much more storage than before, win win!
