A laundry is cleverly tucked away behind shaker style doors and new french doors encourage the outdoors in. A renovation on a tight budget created a fantastic space for this young family. A kitchen with a view! This is a traditional kitchen with a modern twist. With the mix of a paneled and plain doorstyle, handles and handle-less, the kitchen had a nod to its period style with clean modern lines. Nestled into the rear of the open plan living area, the kitchen is part of the main living while still having a divide to keep the workings out of sight. The kitchen uses subtle tonal changes and texture in the tiles to add layers without over complicating the space.

Open shelving on vintage Duckett design brackets with metro tiles and dark grout go beautifully with the bianco venato worktop. The open ducting create a fresh industrial vibe. The checkered floor gives the kitchen a playful feel.

This cuty was a delight to design. Wonderful clients with great taste. A compact kitchen, very functional and timeless. The Oak timber feature repeats the dining furniture. The lift ups are practical and emphasizes the horizontal lines. The Porcelain (Dekton) benchtop in Orix adds texture.
