A complete renovation to this timeless bungalow in Fullarton – construction to commence in September.
The external material palette consists of neutral render and a red brick base which was discovered behind the existing render. The brickwork will be exposed and restored with the combination of both materials continuing throughout the new addition.
The northerly rear orientation encouraged large spans of glazing to maximise views from the new open living areas into the backyard, whilst inviting ample natural light inside.
Various other features to this home includes the new kitchen, study, WIR and ensuite, large alfresco area, pool and pool house.
