Fully renovated 1970's house.
The original house had a pitched roof at the front, so we squared off and cladded in timber. The original house also had four tiny bedrooms so we reduced the bedroom to three in doing this we were able to make the bedroom what we consider a standard size today.
We re did all the flooring, walls, put a new kitchen in. Replaced all cabinetry throughout the house replaced all appliances, bathroom fixtures and re wire the whole house.
We also replaced the heating and cooling system and the hot water.
We re planted all the garden beds, put decking down out by the pool and concreted the driveway.
