For this project we were asked to repurpose a front bedroom to be a calming retreat for our client who needed a space to practice her yoga and on occasions where she could conduct a meeting or simply somewhere she could curl up and read a good book.
Even though this is one of our smaller projects it was one which made a significant difference to our client's lifestyle. From stripping everything back and repainting the space, which really highlighted beautiful detailing of the stain glass windows, to selecting a hand loomed rug in a very simple colour palette, and careful selection of fabrics for handcrafted chairs and finally the manufacture of a cherry wood round table.
These elements, along with some accessories were brought together to produce a new interpretation of the space which our client loves spending time in.
