Before and after from a kitchen make over on a tight budget. We took out the previous breakfast bar which was affecting good flow and opened up much more space for a dining table. We added an island bar instead to provide more usable work space and an extra place to sit. Note: Budget also includes painting and re-flooring the interior of house.
