A difficult build to achieve using modern hi spanning (laminated veneer lumber) crossed with long recycled hardwood beams. A recycled brick wall was laid to support some of the upper story. The design and exicution turned a dark two bedroom, one bathroom terrace into a family house with three bedroom, two bathrooms, laundry, and roof garden.
