Kedron Ensuite

Tucked away in a reimagined corner of a 1930s family home, this ensuite bathroom was designed to offer the parents an elevated private sanctuary. Transforming what was once the original entry and a disused storage space, the new layout brings a considered sense of flow. A sliding glass door now opens onto a converted balcony, inviting in natural light and breeze, while plantation shutters provide the option of privacy without compromising openness.

Clever spatial planning makes the room feel expansive and light-filled, despite its modest footprint. The ceiling was lifted to reveal the roofline and exposed rafters, adding visual interest, while a carefully placed nib wall softly zones the space without closing it in. The use of neutral coastal tones and natural materials with travertine mosaics, organic curves and gold accents creates a calming, spa-like experience for our lucky clients.
