This once weather-beaten 1980’s nod to coastal living has been artfully resurrected, with AMG Architects’ sophisticated hand allowing the cubist design to finally reach its full potential.

AMG Architects tended skilfully to the challenging external renovations, replacing the washed out and rotting cladding with hard-wearing and modern, low maintenance and cost-efficient materials that enhanced the design and complemented its coastal surroundings.

Inside, AMG Architects removed interior walls and introduced an array of striking vaulted Breezway Altair Louvre Windows and fixed lite panes to transform the boxy, poorly lit rooms into a breezy, open-plan living space awash with light which flows welcomingly into the adjoining outdoor living areas.

AMG Architects has reinstated the Point Lonsdale Beach House residence’s coastal living credentials in a celebration of modern shapes, form, colour and tone.
