We were engaged by the clients for the complete interior design to their new build penthouse in South Perth. This included space planning, colour and material selections, lighting design, and all house joinery design + fit out. The brief was to create a contemporary and timeless interior, to suit entertaining family and friends in the large open plan living space overlooking the stunning river views.
To meet the brief we created a kitchen island as central hub, with kitchen pantry storage behind Main Entry drop zone. An e-nook sits at the end of the kitchen, next to coffee corner. In the Master Suite the dressing room divider was created with matt glass panels, allowing privacy to master ensuite. Dressing room fronts are bronze mirror to reflect outdoor light. Colour scheme used throughout was matte black, satin white and sand grey, with black granite benchtops, satin glass and large format porcelain panel tiling to bathrooms.
