This project is a secondary dwelling or granny flat in the back yard. It features a upper floor bedroom with roof garden and bathroom. Down stairs accommodates a open plan living kitchen dining room, WC and multi purpose garage. The house was published in Sanctuary Magazine 2018 issue 44.
