Gardenia Magnifica.
This is my favourite hedging species.
This will grow up to 2metres and when it is in flower you are in for a treat. The flowers are incredibly beautiful and they have an aroma that radiate long distances. Words cannot describe how amazing this scent is. You need to experience it.
It is an evergreen and its flowers and leaves do not shed as much other then providing it with nice healthy soil and occasional shaping.... it is fairly maintenance free.
