The Best Kitchens
Love that it sets the stage for a way to do rich colors and jewel tones. Notice the three black wall panels. This might be better than paint. Just having large panels that can be changed out easily with the seasons or whenever the mood strikes, but keeping the bling and the natural wood tones. Also, the ceiling is a nice neutral grey and this kitchen, although small is flunky. It reminds me of what can be done in 7941 because there are no views except of fences and trees, and it is dark just like our kitchen, but it works. Also, the living room being off to the side rather than right in front kinda works for me.
This is the coffee bar in the Christopher Peacock kitchen.
I see the Christopher Peacock signature. Wood at the ends of the islands. A beautiful hood with rivet details. two tones... Functional and beautiful.
EVERYTHING!
Now, A full view of the entire kitchen. This was done in Nashville. The flooring is too dark for my taste, but I like the rest.
FINALLY! Another angle of this kitchen!!!! Christopher Peacock designs. He's from the UK.
The description on this says, "subtle," That is the key to a well-designed kitchen. I like two toned cabinetry, but the colors must be subtle, lest they feel too trendy or taste specific.
No need for a separate dining room... This can be done in 7941.
A little too dramatic, but still very pretty! The floors should be lighter. And again, the black-white-natural theme draws me in.
Chile! I think this one has an induction and a range. And two paneled refrigerator one on the outside and one in the butler's pantry.
Not sure what room this is. Maybe the butler's pantry? Interesting setup though.
I should've known it had a second island. The scale is just right.
That 's a proper double sink
Black White Natural in Modern finishes
I wish this image had more pictures. It is very creative. The stark white half wall is all I ask for when I say leave a little separation between the kitchen and the living room.
This is very unique. I like the glossy white cabinets. I don't love the base cabinets, but I do like that there is contrast between the two.
cool pantry entry
very unique cabinet scheme.
I don't know how I will feel about the wood cabinets in 10 years, but for now, this is so warm and inviting. Maybe if the floor was lighter? I like the shelf above the stove.
Love the window with a single large pane.
Another view. NO UPPERS! Great light. Nice size.
NO UPPERS!
Nice Clean White Motif that would fit 7941.
Love the size, not the finishes. Notice the sink is NOT on the island. Needs a pot filler. No uppers. No deep open shelves. Just a ledge with pretty up-lights for vinegars and decorative glass pantry jars . Better with a black/white/neutral palette.
Nice size.
Just logging this one for size and double island.
I love the seating for 12 and 3 more and the double island...
I'M SAVING THIS BECAUSE OF THE PICTURE OF TWO BLACK CHILDREN ON THE WALL SHELVES. SURELY THIS IS SUBVERSIVE. GIVEN EVERYBODY WORKS SO HARD TO PROVE THAT NO BLACK PEOPLE LIVE IN ANY OF THESE HOMES AND IF THEY DO, WOE BE THE HOME VALUE!!!!!!!!!
Double Island. Butlers Pantry. Cabinet Refrigerators. Don't like the chandeliers, but like the layout. Lower counters should have storage. Second Island should have seating for 10.
I like this butler's pantry.
The Black-White-Natural wins again. this one is funky!
this is an interesting take on a double island. I don't like the huge hood but in this galley setup it doesn't black the view...
The size, the double island, the paneled refrigerator, the double sink, the black/white/natural theme, there just needs to be no uppers and a walk-in-pantry
This is warm.
Nice layout for a cozy kitchen
This is a bit of a twist on the black, white, natural color scheme I like so much. The subway tiles make it different.
This is still the prettiest, cleanest, color combination. If I go to the next level, it could include some sage-y cabinetry, but...
Love the wall of windows
