Tad too modern for Bruce (but, not for Alice). Both like the overall look, but, not the stucco nor the desert landscaping.
Like the lights (but, can go with a less expensive similar design).
Like the overall "Look" (stone, lots of windows <although, too much wood dividers & not enuf glass>, pool, seating)
