Whilst we initially adored our floor tiles that we chose and lay in our bathroom and laundry from Tike Cloud, in a little over two years both rooms have seen extensive fading and marking to the point that they need replacing. We have been quoted over $13k to have the tiles removed and replaced and over 9 months (yes 9 months!) of back and forth with the Tile Cloud Customer Care Team, has resulted in them stating that the tile is of industry standard and the fading and marking must be due to an environmental issue on our end (small family of 2 adults and a 1 year old toddler) and we use eco friendly cleaning products. They have offered to replace the tiles (only around $1400 worth) but refuse to help with the labour in replacing the tiles in both rooms. DO NOT USE this company. My partner is a tradie we have sought advice from multiple tilers and they have all stated not to use Tile Cloud because of the cheap quality of tiles.

Great marketing and sales processing. HOWEVER they sent through two different batches of Newport tiles with a colour variance and 3mm length difference. The white terrazzo tiles also had grey colour variance, only picked up after being laid and sticks out like a sore thumb. Customer service impossible to get a hold of. Still waiting on the replacement white tiles, ETA was 4th Sep after taking two days just to arrange replacements. I am due for a c section on the 7th and this has blown out our bathroom renovation by a week and a a half. Cannot contact Border Express via phone, auto fill contact form on their website only. I will be coming home from the hospital after surgery now with no shower or bath. Very frustrating. No update on the border express tracking on their website. So irritating when you get yourself organised and order tiles with plenty of time for the renovation to take place to have this happen. Extremely disappointed.

Wish I could give them zero stars! The most terrible service I have ever experienced! I ordered tiles 6 weeks ago, and still haven’t received them. I have been calling for weeks and no one ever gets back to me! I am left with an unfinished house with three little babies- this is incredibly stressful! They are happy to take your money and not provide you with tiles or service! Steer clear of this company- they are terrible!

I found tile cloud online and it was refreshing to find a site with interesting tiles in a modern way. I asked for some samples to be sent and they arrived quickly and packed well. I would certainly recommend them and I love the idea that it is a young company with fresh ideas.

Renovating with an 8 month old is a challenge in itself. Tilecloud took the frustration out of tile shopping for me. Their site was very user friendly and they have a great range! I love the fact that I can order tile samples and have them delivered to our door. I even spoke to someone on the phone who was happy to talk to me about my project and help me refine my ideas, colour coordinate and send me ideas too. Tile service unlike any other. Super convenient,super helpful, super friendly. Thank you Tilecloud, we are very happy customers

Super fast response for samples, all of which were promptly delivered and professionally wrapped. Very easy to navigate web site and $5 fee for samples was very cost effective.

5 samples for $5 delivered to your home. What a fantastic idea! Not having to drag my young children around tile displays has been a huge load off for me. I live in a country town in WA and not only was postage free, it took just 5 working days to get to me! Now if only I could make up my mind!!

I spoke to these guys on the phone, and then ordered samples online. They came beautifully presented and arrived all the way over here in Perth a week later. Unfortunately I had a tighter deadline this time so didn't make a purchase and ended up with a local compromise, but it was the one place I found the tile we were really after so next time I'd be looking here again!

I bought floor and wall tiles from TileCloud for our bathroom recent renovation I'm so thrilled with the final product and the purchasing process was really easy. I was able to pick up the tiles from their warehouse in Alexandria and someone helped me load them into the car. I received quick responses from all my queries via email and would certainly recommend TileCloud to anyone looking for tiles.

I just received my samples from Tilecloud and not only are they great, they also came with a personal note. Well priced and exactly what was described. I feel confident when shopping online using these guys! Look forward to using you guys in future reno's!

We just came across Tile Cloud and absolutely love their range, the way they photograph and present each tile and the process to order samples online. A very easy and seamless process to get the samples you need without having to remind supplies over the phone to send samples. We ordered a sample set of tiles we are looking to specify for a project and they arrived very quickly and exactly like the images online. We are definitely planning to use Tile Cloud again soon.
