Premier Kitchens

I couldn't be happier with the service provided by Premier Kitchens. From the design stage to the professional architectural plans, every aspect was handled with utmost care and expertise. The advice and support from the administration team, including the provision of clear and comprehensive contracts, made the entire process seamless. The installation was smooth and efficient, and the quality of the workmanship was exceptional. I'm absolutely thrilled with the final outcome. A huge thank you to the entire Premier Kitchens team for making this such a positive experience!

I highly recommend Premier Kitchens! I recently engaged them for a kitchen design project, and I was incredibly impressed with their professionalism, responsiveness, and innovative design ideas. The quality of their work is flawless, and Jacinta was an absolute pleasure to work with throughout the entire process. If you're looking for a top-notch kitchen company, look no further than Premier Kitchens. They truly live up to their name, and I highly recommend them to anyone in need of exceptional kitchen design and service.

We couldn't be happier with our kitchen. Everyone that comes to our new home constantly remark how beautiful our kitchen is! We have recently just done a rebuild and it couldn't have been easier working with Premier Kitchens. They listened to what we wanted and come up with fantastic ideas and options to make the kitchen not only look stunning but to function very well. We also had Premier Kitchen's fit out our study, laundry, butler's and make custom vanities for our main bathroom and ensuite. Couldn't be happier and would highly recommend Premier Kitchens to anyone.

We couldn't be more happier with our kitchen. My wife only said the other day "I just love our Kitchen!" We have recently just done a rebuild and it couldn't have been easier working with Premier Kitchens. Premier Kitchens is the perfect name for this company. From the very first contact with the lovely designer Michelle, to the completion of all the works, the professionalism and customer service was outstanding. Michelle not only designed and coordinated all the new changes and added lots of storage, she also suggested colours and matching cabinetry in the laundry and living rooms.. The skill and expertise along with the very quick installation and follow-ups was amazing, and the customer service and communications left nothing to chance.. Hubby and I are extremely grateful for a fabulous job done and just loving our new kitchen and lifestyle. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Premier kitchens to anyone who is looking for a brilliant new kitchen with a WOW factor!! Thank you Pete, Michelle Anna, Ed and Fred.. Karyn and Roger Evans

We recently worked with Premier Kitchens Willoughby to build a new kitchen, laundry and powder room and couldn't be happier with the results. From start to finish, the entire process with Premier was efficient, professional, and exceeded our expectations. Dean initially helped us with our plans and his knowledge, enthusiasm and creative ideas were all invaluable with helping us achieve our vision. The installation process with Fred and his team was smooth and seamless and their attention to detail impeccable. The team’s experience was obvious as they came up with new ideas and tweaks along the way, in order for us to achieve the best possible product for us. No problem was ever too big or small for Fred and Peter and their communication throughout was excellent. Premier Kitchens Willoughby provided us with our dream kitchen and we couldn’t be happier. We highly recommend Peter and his team and would not hesitate to use them again in future.

Recently installed a Premier Kitchen. Could not fault them. From design through to installation they were great. Beautiful shaker style finish. Smooth interface with benchtop supplier and high quality installers. And an excellent price. I’m going to use them again at a second property later this year. My wife and I were very happy with the results and would highly recommend them.

Absolute perfection - we are so thrilled with the result, and it was a highly professional process from start to finish. Highly recommended!

The service stops once you pay the deposit We were looking for a high quality one shop stop (design, supply, and installation) solution for a fairly high quality kitchen (well over 100k in total) and we thought we had found it when we saw the premier showroom so we arranged for the designer to come out. We had had a couple of designers out and were impressed with (A) from the willoughby store. We weren’t ready for the process as we were waiting on a decision regarding what walls we could remove etc. which would impact the design but we agreed to tentatively progress and PK also put us in touch with their builder. From the beginning we made it clear we are looking for a full solution provider, and we were told we get that with premier, design consultations, our own project manager, and their own installers, they even had their own factory we were told! We had a draft design made up but we were told we couldn’t take this away until we paid a despot (the first red flag that this company operates on the basis of contracts and T&C’s rather than relationships and trust), but they allowed us to to take a photo so we could go away and consider PK as a provider. Our plans changed once during the building phase but again we were not allowed to take away a plan, but A did offer some good advice on possibilities so we were left to liaise with the builder and do the plans ourselves. When the building works were finalised we went in as promised to finalise our plans (something that would have been a waste of time previously), although A was incredibly helpful as always it became clear during this meeting that the main aim was not to get accurate plans, but for us to hand over a deposit (which we did). We were told by A that we could still change the plans as much as we needed during and after the check measure so we didn’t need to worry about the accuracy of the plans (previously we had been told that when we paid the deposit we would get accurate plans to take away to study and finalise). As we would later learn from other reviews this is where the good service stops. We were handed over to the general manager who arranged to come out and do a check measure. We still hadn’t finalised our appliances at this stage and we asked if it was a problem and he suggested delaying until we had done that so we rescheduled and spent the next few weeks finalising almost 10 appliances. We were told by A that all we had to do was give the appliance model numbers to them and they would take care of everything. When the GM finally come out to do the check measure he was rude, unhelpful, constantly trying to cut corners and his attitude really upset my wife, the realisation we’d gone with a company that didn’t care was very upsetting. Looking back I wish I had done more due diligence, if you search hard enough you will see that many other people have had a similar experience, and the willoughby store only has 2 reviews in the past year.

Earlier this year I engaged Premier Kitchen to renovate my kitchen. Then COVID started and I was stuck overseas. Nevertheless, I was confident enough to go ahead with this project while overseas because the advice and communication from and with Premier Kitchen was always sound and professional. I went with my gut feeling! My decision was right. I only recently saw my new kitchen after returning to Australia finally. I am so pleased with the end result. The kitchen is so well designed and beautifully executed. Any questions or concerns we had were answered promptly and they always performed beyond our expectations. Natalie understands what people are looking for in a kitchen, and was very accommodating to our requests during the design process. Peter and Fred were always helpful, and communication with them was just so easy. All of this makes the job run smoothly. I cannot thank them enough for giving me a beautiful kitchen. A big THANK YOU to Natalie, Peter and Fred!

I can write review now year later. Oven broken waiting for replacement for months, still waiting, didn't want corner cupboards, what did they do? put a corner cupboard. Had to fight them to change it and pay extra 700$ even though mistake was premier kitchen s fault. Other issues, don't want to even go into it. Asked to remove a negative review , which I did but now not removing it

We love our kitchen. We got some great ideas from the designer, they understood our vision and made some of our more interesting ideas work, as well as making some practical changes that were definite improvements. The trades were high quality and clean - I remember the stonemason being so very proud of the job they did!
