STEPHENSEN CONSTRUCTIONS IS AWARD WINNING Stephensen Constructions has been in operation for over two decades, first as a specialist carpentry firm and since 2010 as a bespoke full-service builder. Clients appreciate the time we take with them, to understand their needs and to build something special for them. We offer a design and construct service for new homes and renovations, which means we are involved in our building projects from end to end. For the clients who take advantage of this service, it feels seamless. For us, it means we have the opportunity to truly know a project, accurately meet a client’s brief and form a lasting, trusted relationship. I can’t speak highly enough of our team, from apprentices to skilled carpenters to the group of trusted trades that support each of our projects. We are also a family company, and clients love knowing that they are dealing with a brother on site or a sister in the office. That’s something we are so proud of. The Stephensen Constructions team are dedicated and professional, and clients experience this from the very moment they contact our office. They all really enjoy their work and take pride in it. Although we start early, with pre-site meetings often at 5:30am, you’ll never see my team out socialising midweek at 3:00pm. They are finishing their tasks for the day, making sure our sites are clean and safe, packing away their tools. It is a work ethic that sets them apart. Being honest and being trustworthy matters so much more than simply talking about it. For us, this starts with our first interaction with a potential client and carries through a project to completion. We hold ourselves and our trusted trades to account. Never underestimate how important this is to a client! We make sure our clients are happy with our service all the way through a project, so by the time it is completed we are really just checking in to see that they are settled. Being invited to slab parties, house-warmings and first swims is really special, and we take pride in these relationships. A number of our clients have, over the years, asked us to complete multiple projects for them… to the point where we begin to feel like part of the furniture!
