Sarandis Design recently (March 2023) completed the design of our new home in Wembley Downs Perth with outstanding results. The block was very challenging with a narrow L-shape and a relatively steep gradient. We faced numerous obstacles and ‘stretching’ the limits on the R-Codes was the order of the day. Sarandy was amazing – His professionalism, technical know-how, design flare and steadfast customer service were of the highest standard. Sarandy worked with us through various concepts, turned challenges into solutions, liaised and worked with the council on an ongoing basis and in the end produced a project model and plans that surpassed all our expectations. In modern architecture, the ability to fully visualize your new home is what we envisaged and the model built by Sarandy allowed us to walk through the house as it developed and refine it to what we dreamt of.
