Our experience with Peter and the entire team at iLiv was and continues to be 5 star, right through the build process and even now, over 18 months of being in the property. Building with iLiv was not a stressful process for us at all. During the build they were flexible and allowed a few changes without it being a major issue, the on site project manager communicated with us at every stage and worked to get it built within our very tight timeline. Most importantly we ended up with a home that has been built to a very high standard and within the price that was agreed - no hidden extras! The service and communication after we moved in has been outstanding and definitely worth a mention. Although, we have had hardly any issues with the build in fact - small snagging list, a few appliance issues, a few sticking windows - nothing major at all. When I have needed to contact them they respond within a few hours, answered my question, get things sorted, offered advice or get the relevant companies to contact us directly. Fantastic after sales support. We would definitely recommend them & would definitely choose to build with them again.

The whole crew at iLiv made our custom build a wonderful and professional experience from our very first meeting all the way up to our handover. We couldn’t be happier and would definitely use them again.
