“I would like to congratulate Ben Tyler & his team of tradesman for the huge effort that was made to complete my home in a short space of time (prior to Xmas rush) after the previous builder's licence was suspended. Nothing was any trouble at any time with many tasks unfinished prior to Ben Tyler being onsite. All of these tasks were completed as per the required schedule of 3 weeks. This also included the responsibility for the supply of kitchen, bedroom & bathroom commodities as well as all plumbing and electrical components. It enabled my family to move into the home prior to Xmas. They had no where else to live after the place they were living in was sold off unexpectedly. Ben took this responsibility on without hesitation, so we are truly very grateful. The level of expertise was of a very high standard. The coordination of the scheduling of tradesman coming in correct succession also ensured that the work was completed on time to enable occupancy. His planning led to very high efficiency levels with tradesman appearing onsite as required. He also worked very well with external trades like painters and carpet/vinyl slat layers. I would not have any hesitation in recommending Ben Tyler as a builder. Ben has an unlimited building licence which allows for flexibility for any type of dwelling domestic or commercial.”

“Hi folks. I feel compelled to write a character review of this builder. My boyfriend had started a new waterproofing business and I was trying to be the helpful girlfriend by ringing around to see if i could find some builders who might need a waterproofer. This builder took my call. Although he was very busy, he listened to me while i said my speel which was WAY too long. He didn’t hang up on me. He listened until I had finished. Then, very politely he told me that he’s had his waterproofer for quite some time and thanks but no thanks. Because this builder had been so kind to me the first time i called, I felt comfortable calling him back two weeks later to get his feedback on how he thought I might better help my boyfriend succeed as a waterproofer starting his own business on the Sunshine Coast. Although this builder was again busy, and gained nothing by talking to or helping me, he didn’t say to me ... “you’re annoying, I don’t have time to help you”. He didn’t abuse me. He was so nice I was humbled by his selfless generosity of spirit in telling me that the most important thing to him is the quality of his trades. He wants the best quality tradesman and he feels that the waterproofer he has does an excellent quality job and no price cutting or anything I could say would make him even want to try somebody else when he knows he gets excellent quality from his waterproofer. He also gave me feedback on my current approach and suggested some ways that I might be better helpful to my boyfriend. So not only did this builder exhibit selfless kindness and was very helpful to me, he also demands the best quality from his tradesman and is loyal to them. What more could you want from a person or a builder.”
