“We recently used GSP Designer Kitchens and Bathrooms to renovate our kitchen and bathrooms and couldn’t be happier with the result. From the first design meeting through final sign-off, their team showed creativity, professionalism and a genuine commitment to quality. Michael took the time to understand how we live and cook, and translated that into a beautiful, highly functional layout. Their design choices maximized storage and workflow while keeping a clean, timeless aesthetic. They presented clear renderings and material samples which made decisions easy. Communication was excellent. We received daily updates, prompt answers to questions, and a realistic schedule. Whenever something needed a decision, they explained the options and consequences clearly so we could choose with confidence. Like any remodel, surprises came up (hidden plumbing and an uneven concrete floor). George, Steven and Michael handled each issue calmly and professionally, presenting practical solutions and cost-transparent options. Their ability to troubleshoot on the spot kept the project moving without stress. The finish work is outstanding — precise cabinet alignments, perfectly matched grout lines, and thoughtful hardware choices. Small details they suggested (drawer organizers, under-cabinet lighting placement) made a big difference in daily use. Their subcontractors were skilled, punctual and courteous. The tiler, electrician and plumber all produced top-notch work, and the site was kept tidy. It was clear GSP selects reliable tradespeople who care about craftsmanship. As a liaison between all the trades for our renovation, Toni made every aspect work, often problem-solving and achieving great outcomes. Toni can look at an area and visualise its potential.
