Testimony to Daniel's capability and diligence is that he was the third architect we used on this project, having been through a long and unproductive process, Daniel was quickly able to distil the remaining planning issues to be resolved. He was able to effectively manage the engagement with Hobart City Council planers and heritage to get DA approval in accordance with what we wanted. “We began working with Tania Coward in early 2021 on the restoration of our Queenslander, with the intention of creating a welcoming and functional home for our multigenerational family.
