Doug and Kila are very passionate about their work and during this process were always very professional, punctual (arriving when they said they would - which is very refreshing), very approachable and they gave us the support, guidance and reassurance we needed along the way. We felt they literally lived and breathed our project and were genuinely excited for us to move back into our "new" home. Kila was always super patient with all our ideas and questions given it was such a busy time for them and for the industry itself. There were so many added little personal touches along the way and these things don't go unnoticed by us and very much appreciated.
