Our office hired Papallo Kitchens to convert an empty storage room into a brand new laundry for domestic use. Their professionalism and dedication to the job was exceptional. They were patient and understanding with any specific requests and their advice was helpful and showed they are experienced.

Our team have had the privilege of working closely with a family run Business Papallo Kitchens. We worked closely with George whom designed, made and installed the kitchen and the cabinetry throughout a luxury home in Strathfield that we were honoured to have built. George had helped our clients and gave advise on colour schemes, hardware through to the stone. Thanks to George and John we have achieved the best kitchen we have ever had! I came across Papallo on Google search and was intrigued to visit them after reviewing all their positive reviews online - so many people were happy with their kitchens. I went into the showroom on a late Friday afternoon, just before closing and George welcomed me into his planning room and was happy to listen to my ideas and what we wanted to achieve rather than asking me to come back another time/day. This spoke volumes about his values and customer service! The entire design process was effortless. All my ideas were welcomed with constructive input and considerations and he thought about all the tiny details I wouldn't have even thought about. I was so confident in his knowledge, design capability, technical expertise - that I had no doubts about the quality of the job, I was simply ecstatic about seeing the final product. The construction phase was just as effortless. Everything was delivered on time as scheduled, all the trades were an absolute pleasure to work with and master's in their professions. John was an absolute superstar, with his attention to detail at the mm level. He took his time to execute and the finish is simply flawless - our expectations were exceeded! All the poly panels are flawless, nothing was too much trouble and the small problem with the soft close bin was resolved on their own account - I didn't even notice initially. Now that is what you call exceptional service with a company that is proud of what it does and has a true passion for the final outcome. We have done 3 kitchen renovations to date and this one has to be by far the best experience ever!! If you are renovating a kitchen, don't worry about wasting your time looking anywhere else. George and John are your team hands down, no questions asked! Great, friendly and reliable team to work with. Very helpful with advice. Received high quality work. Because we were happy with our kitchen install, they also did our laundry cupboards, hall way cupboards and under staircase storage. Although the staircase storage challenged them, they accommodated our requests and we are very happy with the end result. Highly recommended.
