We chose ispace for their supposed quality work on the advice of our designer, even though their quote was high. Unfortunately they didn't live up to their promise, and our designer was in the end really embarrassed saying she'd never seen anything like it. While the work looked good, laminate peeled off, a mirror was badly chipped and needed to be replaced, the cupboards needed to be realigned multiple times, many cabinet doors needed multiple repairs eg. the stops broke, a very expensive bespoke bench was too low and tilted meaning it was uncomfortable (not was we agreed to - they never fixed this despite promises), the bespoke table they made for us had bits fall off several times and so on. It was an exhausting nightmare that meant we were either trying to get them to come in and do repairs, or they were turning up to do them. We must have had to call them back 15 times in total, but each repair took at least half a dozen calls as they would ignore us. We sold our place with work still outstanding. Very disappointing. I would go elsewhere where the staffing/personnel issues don't interfere with the quality and timing of work, and the owner stands by their warrantee.
