“During 2014 I had a need to prepare a photographic record of three properties. After due consideration I appointed Kit Haselden Photography to undertake the assignment. The three properties comprised: 1.The Bentons Square Shopping Centre located on the Mornington Peninsula, Victoria. Bentons Square is a Neighbourhood Shopping Centre containing 10,000m2 of retail floor space plus enclosed mall, loading docks and expansive car park areas. 2.Hobby Farm, Red Hill South, Mornington Peninsula, Victoria. Magnificent site of 12.9Ha (32 acres) consisting of lightly timbered rolling hills with stunning views over Westernport Bay, adjoining farmland and vineyards. Developed as grazing land the property is improved with an older style contemporary 4 bedroom home, farm shedding, dams, fencing and stock watering system. 3.Prestige apartment located in Clarendon Street, East Melbourne overlooking the beautiful Fitzroy Gardens to the Melbourne CBD skyline. Although the subject matter in each of these jobs was completely different, Kit’s photos captured the individual essence, feel and personality of each property in this diverse range of property types.
